Pathways to Housing is a 501(c)(3) California Charitable Organization dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness off the street through supportive housing. We work closely with case workers, governmental agencies, and other nonprofit organizations to provide support and create opportunities for those in need in Shasta County. At Pathways to Housing, we help individuals experiencing homelessness build healthy lives by utilizing compassionate assistance and self-reliance as tools for growth, learning, and stability. We currently operate the Hartman House where we host Shasta Community Health Center's HOPE Medical Respite Program and provide hospitality services to current enrollees. We also provide case management and dinner deliveries to residents of United Way of Northern California's South Market Micro Shelter Community.
