At United States Foreclosure Advocacy Alliance Corp. (USFAA), our uniqueness begins with our purpose. We are a California nonprofit organized exclusively under IRC Section 501(c)(3), created to advocate for property owners facing foreclosure with structure, strategy, and integrity. Unlike profit-driven models, USFAA exists to support the broader foreclosure relief cause. Our mission is to provide strategic loss mitigation advocacy, access to inexpensive legal help through appropriate licensed professionals, and meaningful financial education so homeowners can make informed decisions. We focus on clarity — helping families understand their options, timelines, and potential outcomes before critical deadlines pass. What sets us apart is our balanced approach. We combine advocacy, education, and coordination. We do not replace attorneys, nor do we create confusion — we help homeowners get organized, prepared, and connected to the right resources. Many property owners feel overwhelmed when dealing with lenders, notices of default, trustee sale timelines, or modification paperwork. We step in to provide structure, communication support, and strategic direction. As a nonprofit, sustainability allows us to serve more families while staying mission-focused. Our goal is housing preservation whenever possible, equity protection when available, and responsible transition planning when necessary.
