Through advocacy and mentorship, Lockhart Cares, Inc ensures that the youth we serve receive a continuity of support and services from their school day to after-school programming or athletics to the place they call home. Our mentors are equipped with the skills to provide safe and reliable care and make referrals to outside organizations when needs are identified.
