We build affordable housing for low to moderate income families. We use volunteer labor to keep the cost down. We sell the homes to families at an affordable monthly rate. Our homeowners pay taxes and insurance just like all homeowners. Habitat acts as a both the builder and the lender to help put families into affordable housing.
