It administers restorative justice programs, as well as provides bilingual therapy and intervention services. The organization offers deaf, sign language interpretation and educational solutions. Employee & Family Resources' Community Services also conducts a student assistance program. The organization provides individual and family counseling solutions on depression and emotional issues, family and parenting concerns, and relationship and marital problems.
