Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies is one of the leading, statewide organizations that provides early care and educational options for children and families in Illinois. It works in partnership with more than 15 Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies. The organization collects and maintains statistical information related to child care supply and demand. Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies offers information to the state government, community planners, policy makers and human service organizations. It also provides professional development, technical assistance and training opportunities to over 900 staff members. The organization administers the Gateways to Opportunity, Great START and Illinois Trainers Network programs.
