Promotion strategies will include collaboration with local schools, faith-based organizations, shelters, and community agencies to share information through referrals, flyers, and direct outreach. We will utilize our website and social media platforms to highlight program availability, key milestones, and community impact, while acknowledging the grant funder’s support when appropriate. In addition, Moden Collective will engage in community events, resource fairs, and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and encourage participation in youth programs and unity-focused homeless outreach. Grant recognition will be incorporated into promotional materials, public communications, and program reports, in alignment with funder guidelines. Through consistent and inclusive promotion, Moden Collective will ensure that grant-funded services reach those most in need while demonstrating accountability, community impact, and effective stewardship of grant resources

Our safe and compassionate environment helps families navigate their grief journeys through group activities, creative expression, and meaningful connections highlighting the importance of peer support. Located in Fort Wayne, we are dedicated to offering support, education, and hope to those who need it most, all at no cost.
