Public Advocacy & Protection Alliance, Inc. is a nonprofit public benefit corporation that litigates and lobbies to guard individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and the laws of the United States and champions for a limited form of government to protect these guaranteed rights and liberties. Areas of litigation include the U.S. Constitution and issues related to economic liberty, private property rights, privacy rights, police misconduct, discrimination, public education, and consumer protection. Our areas of concern for lobbying include criminal justice (sentencing, prison, and police) and education reform, and for a more restricted form of government to limit intervention in the people's exercise of civil rights and liberties.
