Whether you are one person or a corporate team, HandsOn New Orleans provides worthwhile and effective volunteer options. We gladly engage out-of-state individuals and groups, local residents, corporate groups, and tourists, all in service to our community.
CARIBBEAN CARNIVAL/FRIENDS OF CULTURE was registered as a non profit organization in Louisiana in June 2001. We are a certified non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization, and we produce the Caribbean Festival of New Orleans known as Bayou Bacchanal every first weekend in November. The objective of this organization is to educate the community on the culture, customs, and diversity of the Caribbean, as well as cultural preservation for our people. We are well known among community leaders, tourism organization groups, as well educators.
