PREPARE. PROTECT. RECOVER. Nevada Wildfire Preparedness Alliance (NWPA) is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to helping families prepare for wildfires, protect their homes and communities, and recover after wildfires and other disasters. Founded by experienced fire, EMS and incident-management professionals, NWPA promotes wildfire education, defensible-space awareness, emergency planning and practical preparedness. We also coordinate recovery assistance and relief efforts for disaster-affected families in Nevada and abroad. By connecting residents, volunteers, businesses and public agencies, NWPA works to build stronger, safer and more resilient communities.
