Clean Valley Council's story begins in 1978 with a group of concerned citizens determined to combat the litter in their community. Today, we are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit organization composed of devoted employees and a volunteer board of directors, who are dedicated to providing free environmental education and encouraging environmental stewardship throughout our region.
Goodwill Industries of the Valleys is dedicated to helping youth, adults, and seniors in Central, Southwest, and Southside Virginia. Our vision to eliminate poverty is fueled by our mission of empowering individuals, strengthening families, and inspiring communities. Your donations and shopping allow Goodwill to provide skills training, job placement, and support services to people who need help overcoming their life's challenges.
