Goodgirls Write Code

Goodgirls Write Code is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the empowerment of girls in the STEM fields of science, technology, engineering and math. There is a staggering deficit, less than 10% of U.S. schools that incorporate a computer science program in their curriculum. In order to combat this insufficiency in our school system, Goodgirls Write Code offers STEM programs in public and private schools, as an after-school and summer activity. Through innovative computer science education, positive reinforcement, and mentorship we empower girls to become the next generation of women leaders and eliminate the gender gap in STEM related fields in schools and businesses nationwide.
