Formerly Rise n' Shine - the mission of Inspire Youth Project is to provide the missing social and emotional links for at-risk children. Our goal is to create an emotionally and socially healthy child, a child who will grow and contribute to our society rather than be dependent. We nurture, we listen. We are at their side. Providing children ages 5-18 and beyond with a place where they belong.
Byrd Barr Place helps to ensure that all people in the Seattle area have the opportunity to be self-sufficient by providing access to basic needs and programs that educate and nourish, creating a thriving community of neighbors helping neighbors. Byrd Barr Place relies on community support and donations to make a difference in the lives of people across Seattle - helping families, the elderly and disabled, refugees and immigrants, and other under-served populations in the heart of our great city to better their lives and lift themselves out of poverty.
