Established in 2006, Everlasting Services is a Brain Injury Assisted Living center with two smaller community-based homes (8 and 10 beds) and a 124-bed facility in West Phoenix. Certified Caregivers provide medication management, assistance with ADL's, behavioral supports, transportation and more - with compassion and integrity. Our facility has a theater room that hosts movies, events, gatherings, Resident Council meetings, karaoke, chair yoga and more. Our activities room has daily activities which include arts, crafts, games and other fun enrichment programs. Everlasting also has a large Art Studio and Game room with art classes, pool table, ping-pong, darts, board games, music. Our fleet of vans are driven by certified caregivers who take residents to doctor's appointments, shopping, errands and community activities such as movies, sporting events, parks, restaurants, museums and zoos. Our Education Pavilion and culinary gardens help support wellness and education. Residents can enjoy the convenience of visiting PCP, podiatry, vision, dental, psych, PT, OT, SLP, Dietician, mobile xray and labs. Three chef-prepared meals along with snacks are served daily in our dining room and made in our predominantly scratch kitchen. We are able to accommodate special dietary needs (ex: diabetic, low sodium, mechanical soft, pureed, etc). ALTCS is accepted and our SCU (Special Care Unit) is able to accommodate higher levels of care. Rehabilitation, Compassion, Integrity.
