Our skilled nursing facility offers comprehensive rehabilitative care through physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We also provide care with IV therapy, wound care, pain management, NG and G Tube care, hospice care, and much more. We have our multi-lingual staff to provide services to all our patients through many individually tailored programs made by our interdisciplinary team comprised of physicians, rehabilitative nurses, dietitians, neuropsychologists, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
