Our skilled nursing facility offers comprehensive rehabilitative care through physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We also provide care with IV therapy, wound care, pain management, NG and G Tube care, hospice care, and much more. We have our multi-lingual staff to provide services to all our patients through many individually tailored programs made by our interdisciplinary team comprised of physicians, rehabilitative nurses, dietitians, neuropsychologists, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Other services like optometry, audiology, podiatry, and diagnostics are scheduled to be done in our facility. We also help our patients schedule any outpatient services needed. We also have our assisted living facility in the same location. We provide different levels of assisted living care from minimal daily supervision to personal 24-hour care. We schedule all ancillary services like skilled nursing to our facility and any outpatient services out of our facility if needed.
