Hospice of the North Coast was established in 1980 to fill the need for comprehensive, compassionate hospice care in North County San Diego. The agency was reorganized as an independent agency.
The City of Carlsbad is continuing its meal services for Carlsbad residents 60 and older, although there will be no in-service dining. Pick up service for packaged cold meals that will need to be reheated will available be Monday through Friday. Reservations must be made no later than noon the day before, Monday through Friday. Mondays order would need to be placed on Friday by noon. If a customer is unable to pick up their meal, Carlsbad Senior Center will provide home delivery if requested. All established home meal deliveries will continue for registered customers. Meal pick up location is outside the Carlsbad Senior Center.
