Based in Goleta, Calif., it offers unfurnished apartments with private baths, with amenities, such as gas, water, electricity and trash, along with heated swimming pools, covered garage parking, gardens, on-site shopping, laundry, library and more. Friendship Manor also provides a range of services, including housekeeping, linen service, transportation for shopping and medical appointments, stamps, fax and copy service, among others.
