Pacific Coast Manor is a 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility proudly serving the Capitola community. Located just blocks from the beach, we provide exceptional short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Our experienced team of nurses, therapists, physicians, and support staff develops personalized care plans focused on recovery, independence, and quality of life. Through expert clinical care, rehabilitation services, and compassionate support, we help every patient achieve their highest level of wellness. Pacific Coast Manor is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified and contracted with most major insurance providers.

Our medical clinic provides lab-quality pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, Rapid STD testing and treatment, well-woman exams, prenatal care, postpartum care, medical referrals, therapist and more. We offer comprehensive no-cost and low-cost medical services with licensed practitioners and highly qualified counselors to assist you. For low-cost services we accept Medi-Cal or PayPal/Venmo/GooglePay/ApplePay/cash/debit/credit card payments.
Mission Statement The Senior Center's purpose is to provide a place where seniors may find companionship, help and the opportunity to pursue their interest in educational, recreational and craft activities; and to promote the goodwill and public interest of the community. It is a non-profit, non-sectarian and non-political organization of friendly neighbors. To be eligible for membership you must be 50 years old or older. Membership is $20 per year payable each July 1st (new members will be pro-rated).
