Founded in 2005, Zdorovie Adult Day Health Center began with a simple mission: to provide compassionate, medically supervised care for seniors and adults with chronic conditions — right in the heart of their own community. Over the past two decades, that mission has grown alongside the communities we serve. Today, Zdorovie operates five centers across Massachusetts, each built on the same foundation of clinical excellence and culturally responsive care. We offer a comprehensive range of adult day health services, including: Skilled nursing care and health monitoring, Social work and care coordination, Recreational and therapeutic activities, Home made meals and nutritional support, Door-to-door transportation and more. Zdorovie has deep roots in Massachusetts’s Eastern European and Russian-speaking communities. Our staff includes fluent Russian-speaking clinicians, social workers, and activity staff — so participants can communicate comfortably, feel culturally understood, and receive care that truly reflects their background and values. While we welcome participants of all backgrounds, our Russian-language program has become a cornerstone of what we do. We proudly accept MassHealth (Medicaid), Medicare, and SCO programs (United Health, Tufts, Senior Whole Health) and our team is available to guide families through the enrollment and authorization process from day one.
