Meadow Green Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been owned and operated by the trusted Anthony Franchi Family for over 31 years. It is because of our family's personal involvement in every phase of the operation that we have earned an impeccable reputation. It is pride of family ownership -- combined with our steadfast professional commitment to providing the highest quality of care -- that has brought us to where we are today...the premier provider of skilled rehabilitative and nursing care in the greater Waltham area.

A unique combination of people, lifestyles and services that offers seniors the freedom of choice, the dignity of respect and the security of care. Comprehensive in scope, our services meet the dynamic needs of the aging - from home care and assisted living to short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing and memory care for loved ones with Alzheimer's, dementia and other forms of memory loss. But it is the people who deliver these services that make the difference. Dedicated, experienced, and above all else, compassionate, our team of caregivers is the heart of EPOCH. They do more than provide care; they touch lives.
