Passion and Caring Home for the Elderly LLC is a unique type of assistive living because we only service residents sixty years and older. We are a State of Michigan licensed Home for the Aged facility that house up to 46 residents. our community is designed with the continuum of care philosophy in mind and that people should allowed to age with dignity in an environment with upbeat professional staff and peers. our mission is to promote, maintain, and restore our residents quality of life while maximizing their independence while minimizing illness within a structured environment according to the facilities policies. Passion and Caring Home for the Elderly offers a variety of services in order to care for out residents physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
Our services can be tailored to fit the needs of each individual client, whether short-term or long-term. We can also assist during the transition home from a hospital or rehab, as well as work along-side your skilled home health care or hospice care team to maintain continuity of care and comfort. Our care begins with a Free Assessment by a Licensed Nurse who will assist the client and family with deciding the level of care that works best for the individual. Our team of home care professionals consist of both licensed and non-licensed caregivers, including Companion Aide, Homemaker, Home Health Aide, CNA, LPN and RN. Our caregivers have each successfully completed an in-depth screening process and skill evaluation at hire, and must maintain ongoing education and credentials throughout the course of their employment, to ensure that our clients are receiving the best in quality care. We are qualified to work with many community organizations and private insurances to help offset the out of pocket cost of private care. Including, but not limited to local Area Agencies on Aging, Veteran’s Affairs, Long Term Care Insurance, Auto Insurance and Worker’s Compensation. Private home care is not typically covered by health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. It is our goal to ease the stress of finding the right care and resources for yourself or a loved one, we will sit down with you one on one to answer any questions and review possible resources that may assist with paying for care.
