Ethos was formed in February of 2014 by Bethany Retirement Living (Fargo, ND), Eventide Senior Living Communities (Moorhead, MN) and Knute Nelson (Alexandria, MN). Ethos Home Care & Hospice provides personalized care and services to individuals in the Fargo-Moorhead area.Each partner organization, on its own, is widely recognized for providing innovative services to aging adults throughout a continuum of care. Additionally, and most importantly, each partner possesses similar values and is committed to achieving the highest quality of care for their organizations to successfully accomplish their nonprofit missions.

Elim Care Center Fargo is a charitable and nonprofit organization. It is a more than 136-bed facility that provides 24-hour nursing care. The center offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. Elim Care Center Fargo s recreational services department provides a variety of activities, including exercises, rhythm band, sing-a-longs, support groups and current happenings-related events. It also calls special groups at the facility to provide entertainment. In addition, the center offers dietary, financial, social, and church and chaplain services to its residents. The center s volunteers help its residents with various activities, such as one-to-one visits, reading to residents, writing letters for them, taking residents for walks and assisting the recreational department with its activities for residents.
