Canyon is a 5-STAR, 73 bed skilled nursing facility nestled in the NE Heights area. We specialize in short stay rehabilitation services for wound care, strengthening after acute hospital stay, aftercare from ortho surgery and stroke/cva recovery care. We are people serving people and love it. We are constantly participating in the quality improvement journey. Please feel free to stop by any time for a tour and more information. Planning a surgery? Our readmission rates back to the hospital are below the CMS guidelines because our staff is constantly upgrading their skills to take care of you when you are at Canyon until you are able to go back home.
