As you begin to picture yourself here at Clayton Westlake, you will also see the value of living here. Your monthly remittance includes meals and a variety of carefully selected amenities. All of our delicious meals are prepared on site in our kitchen by a chef dedicated to you. You'll enjoy your meals in our restaurant style dining room. Want to stay in? The studios and bungalows have full kitchens. Flats accommodate a range of cooking options. Your peace of mind is important to us and that's why each bungalow and studio feature a storm shelter, and the main building features two spacious storm shelters. For your convenience, all units have a washer and dryer. In addition, there is a laundry room in our main building with large capacity machines for your larger loads. Your home will receive a weekly light cleaning and a change of linens, if requested. We have also included all of your utilities and basic cable with your monthly fee. Special occasion coming up? An independently managed salon is located in the main building and the salon manager is anxious to get to know you! Transportation services will be provided for regularly scheduled outings for shopping and errands. We also will make transportation available for specific activities and appointments when possible.
