The center also operates computer, biking, writing, hiking, photography, quilting and woodworking clubs. It offers fitness classes in body sculpting, circuit training and line dancing. The center also offers prevention screening sessions, massage therapies and heath fairs. Its arts and crafts classes include drawing, painting and knitting. Located in Sioux Falls, S.D., the center s facility includes a conference room, coffee shop, art room and lounge. The center also offers an adult day care services program and manages a group of more than 1,000 volunteers. Additionally, The Center for Active Generations hosts several meetings, family reunions and special events.
Bethany Meadows is a senior living community located on more than 170-acres on the east side of Brandon, S.D., offering a wide range of services and facilities. In 2016, on the cusp of the 10-year anniversary of Denny Sanfords historic $400 million gift to Sanford Health, the health system committed to building a permanent home to capture the spirit and history of its greatest benefactor and namesake.Supported by the private philanthropy of donors inspired by Mr. Sanfords generosity, construction on the 18,000 square-foot Sanford House began immediately and continued through late 2017.
