Established in 1964, Pinehurst Nursing & Rehabilitation is a licensed 111-bed health care facility that offers skilled medical, Medicare and veterans services. It conducts several recreational activities and offers psychological and psychiatric counseling services. Pinehurst Nursing & Rehabilitation provides skilled nursing, wound, and short- and long-term personal care services, as well as intravenous, occupational, physical and speech therapies. In addition to acceptance of Medicare and Medicaid insurance plans, the facility offers social and religious services. It provides X-ray, laboratory, podiatry, dietary and optometrist services. Located in Orange, Texas, Pinehurst Nursing & Rehabilitation is a part of Daybreak Venture, which offers long-term and rehabilitative care services and operates more than 75 facilities throughout Texas.
