Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, the first Catholic parish in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is dedicated to Mary, the Immaculate Conception, Mother of God, Mother of the Church, and Patroness of the United States. Under the Blessed Mother's mantle, Immaculate Conception Parish is dedicated to faithful service to members of the parish, the diverse ethnic groups of Cedar Rapids and the larger body of Christ in the downtown neighborhoods of the city.

At Cedar Hills, we love Jesus and we love people. It is our passion and goal to grow in faith and knowledge of the Word, to worship, and to connect as believers. We have two worship services at 8:30 and 11am. Classes for all ages are in between services at 9:45 (during the school year). The coffee bar is open then as well.
At a weekend service, you can expect: - Each service to last 70-80 minutes - Engaging community worship - Practical, thought-provoking, and relevant messages based on scripture - An opportunity to experience community, receive prayer, and be cared for - Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and smiling faces! Your family will enjoy: - A place just for kids. Each weekend, newborns through 5th graders, learn the truth about who God is and who they are because of Him through age-specific lessons, small groups, and trusted adult leadership. - A night for the next generation. Springs NextGen Church meets on Wednesdays for students 6th through 12th grade. Practicing a deep worship experience and interactive activities. Small groups get to gather after, to discuss real issues students face each day. Find your personal Next Step including: - A place to belong. Community Groups are the people you can grow, laugh, and serve with. We have groups for men, women, couples, students, hobbyists, and more! - A chance to make a difference. God created you with gifts and skills that you can use to change lives in your community and the world. Step out and say, " I am available!" to be a disciple maker, or serve at Springs. - A way to grow. We want to equip you with the tools to develop as a fully devoted follower of Christ.
