In Christ, more is possible than you can ever imagine! Here at First Baptist Spartanburg, our mission is to encourage complete and courageous living in Christ. FBS is a place where everyone can invite anyone to come and encounter the Living One, Jesus Christ. What doesn't matter to us is age, appearance, ethnicity, social status, style, income. What does matter is you, and the amazing possibilities made possible by Jesus Christ in your life. We're in this journey together!
Promised Land COGIC was birthed under Apostle Tommy E. Quick as the Spartanburg Christian Discipleship Center in 1992. Now 25 years later, Promised Land COGIC is a multi-faceted ministry that seeks to reset the family and restore the community through their various ministries & outreach ministries. At Promised Land COGIC, we are dedicated to building a people of purpose, power and praise. This vision ties closely with our mission to connect to God, connect to God's people and serve God's purpose for our lives. Our ministries here at the Promised Land are designed for our members to first, know God; secondly to know His purpose for their lives; and lastly, to experience success in their families. Whether it's Sunday morning, Tuesday evening or Thursday night, if you're at The Promised Land, you can expect to never be the same again. We invite you to come & experience a life-changing, anointed Word of God and time of fellowship. Please join us, we'd love to see you here.
