The Alameda Aero Club is a small, all volunteer, non-profit flying club dedicated to promoting general aviation and providing our members with well-maintained, inexpensive airplanes. We are based at the North Field of Oakland International Airport, across the Bay from San Francisco in Northern California. We have 7 aircraft -- a Piper Warrior, a Piper Arrow, four Cessna 172s and a Diamond DA40- that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for club members. We also have an experienced group of full-time and part-time FAA-certificated instructors offering instruction -- so come and learn to fly (or get that instrument rating/commercial/CFI) with us!
