The Women, Infants & Children (WIC) program is a supplemental nutrition program to help pregnant women, infants and children (up to age five) eat well, stay healthy and be active. At no cost to you, WIC provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, groceries and community resources. All staff members at this location are Certified Lactation Educators. Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Russian, French and Finnish translators are also available. Other language translation services are offered by phone.

St. Paul’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a managed health care plan exclusively for seniors. As part of St. Paul’s PACE, you receive primary medical care, medication management, physical therapy, specialty services, in-home care, social work assistance, and transportation to and from the medical center. With St. Paul’s PACE, you can remain living in the comfort of your home and get the medical care you need in a safe environment. St. Paul’s PACE is specifically designed for seniors 55 years and older who have chronic medical conditions and are struggling to live at home independently.
