At the San Francisco Human Services Agency's 170 Otis Service Center, you can apply for and maintain CalWORKs benefits and access employment assistance through our Employment Information Center (EIC). Beneficial resources such as on-site child care for visitors, are also available here. Additionally, our Family and Children's Services staff at 170 Otis provide support services related to foster care and adoptions, by appointment only.
