Lifeline’s mission is to build self-reliance among youth, adults, and families through high-quality, community-based services. Lifeline serves more than 4,250 clients annually in five service areas: Youth Development, Behavioral Health, Child Abuse Prevention, Housing & Self-Sufficiency, Anti-Human Trafficking. Lifeline gives youth, adults, and families the tools they need to solve their own problems and become self-reliant.
At New Haven, we believe in new beginnings. We have been effectively working with youth and their families since 1967. Today, New Haven Youth and Family Services is transforming lives for at-risk adolescent boys through an innovative education model that develops life/work skills in a healthy environment. Led by a dedicated team of caring professionals who embrace a servant leadership philosophy, New Haven supports the “whole person” development of troubled youth as we guide them from despair to hope.
Since 1974, the Union of Pan Asian Communities has been the primary provider of human care services to San Diego s Asian and Pacific Islander communities. The UPAC staff represents more than thirty-one different cultures, languages and dialects. It serves more than 17,800 people annually and has the unique ability to unite diverse cultures and different generations into a community. UPAC s mission is to improve the general well-being and education of the Asian, Pacific Islander and other ethnic communities of San Diego County. The organization recognizes the diverse ethnic and cultural identities and strengths of these communities and their need for self-sufficiency.
