Assist people with other abilities and their families through the Med-Waiver, State Medicaid, Children Medical Services, and Sunshine Health Medical plan. We can also provide private pay care services, Our role is to assist and train individuals in activities of daily living to strengthen independence when completing routine tasks: eating, bathing, getting dressed, meal preparation, change undergarments, transfer, and provide safety supervision. We also provide assistance with ensuring the environment is clean and healthy, getting out into the community to socialize, transport to doctor appointments, shopping, pay bills, and more. We create individualized plans to ensure the success of your loved one to promote growth. Our caring and devoted staff are waiting to be an extension to your family!
