Dr. Herbert, originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Hearing Sciences from Temple University and her doctorate in Audiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Herbert has experience working with patients of all ages in a variety of settings. Her special interests include aural rehabilitation and implantable devices (CIs and Bahas). Dr. Herbert is focused on providing patient-centered care to ensure each patient has hearing technology and strategies that work to optimize their quality of life. Dr. Herbert is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), where she holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A). In her spare time, Dr. Herbert enjoys cooking, exploring local breweries/wineries, yoga, rock climbing, and spending time with her husband and their families.
