Daniels Gourmet Meats and Sausages is a locally and family-owned and operated artisan meat market. Featuring local Beef, Pork, Poultry, and Lamb, we source local, grass fed, organic, and USDA Prime and Choice meats. These premium meats and sausages are hand cut and naturally smoked, in-house. We specialize in small batch artesian style products and charcuterie. We personally source and inspect all meat used in every batch of sausage and we hand select each cut we place in our showcase. Our mission is to bring high quality locally sourced Montana meats to the people of Gallatin Valley.
Grotto Meats a specialty meat shop, hand-making signature smoked and fresh sausages, beef jerky, meat sticks, bacon, mortadella, smoked meats, raw marinated cuts, Coppa cotta, Lonza cotta, pancetta cotta and more. We source all of our meats locally and take delight in bringing the highest quality foods to our customers. Every item we make is produced with love by our small staff right in our shop in historic northeast Bozeman, MT. Tuesday-Friday we offer limited lunch items. Fine butchery, local charcuterie, and smoked meats!
