We are a small home based husband wife team that will process your hunt form start to finish . We are a 2nd generation butcher with 42 yrs in the whole industry from slaughter to sausage maker. And also have 40 years in the culinary industry as well. We process deer, elk, boar, bear and many more . We cut your product to your specs and can do anything from basic cuts to fresh sausage , bacon,summer sausage and snack sticks. We can even process some of your meat into a finish product , ready to eat jerky as well. We do all of this with our time tested family recipes which are natural and limited ingredient as well . You hunt it! Gut it! Bring it! An we do the rest Pay on pickup Depending on your specs processing takes normally take 1-2 weeks. When finished your product will be either paper wrapped or vac sealed and frozen to await p/u . You’ll receive either a txt or message call to inform complete and price.**We as that pickups are done in a timely manner due to limited storage. ** We accept either Cash/cash app/ or Zelle only Notice :product not picked up within 2 weeks will be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements made We do 1 animal at a time so you get your product back.
