Sliding scale pricing ($2–$3 per minute), offered as a wellness investment, guarantees accessibility for all while honoring your well-being as your most valuable asset. No matter your place on the scale, receive the same exceptional experience. We offer the flexibility to switch between modalities without extra charges. Whether it’s Swedish, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Trigger-Point Therapy, Prenatal massage, or Energy work, your session will be customized to what your body needs, always and in all ways. Unlike other spas and therapists who charge different rates for each modality, you’re paying for our time. Feel free to request a single technique or multiple, and our therapist will seamlessly integrate them to provide a truly personalized experience.
Our expert team of licensed physicians and specially trained staff understand that there are many factors that may delay or prevent wounds from healing. The Ridley-Tree Center for Wound Management at Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital serves more than 13,000 patients a year providing a full range of patient centered services for effective wound treatment and management. Services include; hyperbaric oxygen therapy, debridement, nutritional support, limb preservation, support surface recommendations, and compression therapy.
Dr. Alex is a National Board Certified Doctor of Chiropractic who wants to help you take control of your body wellness. She loves helping active individuals optimize performance and be pain free through diversified chiropractic adjustments, professional level body work and personalized rehab programs. Ultimately, promoting body longevity through holistic and evidence based approaches. She is Webster Certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is currently pursuing her Perinatal and Pediatric Certifications. Her goal is to help women in all stages of life to overcome pain and prepare their bodies during pregnancy and beyond. Alex was born and raised in Santa Barbara, she attended Dos Pueblos. She was a student athlete at Eastern New Mexico University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She pursued a chiropractic degree with an emphasis in Sports Medicine at Southern California University of Health Sciences.
