Equine Partnered Coaching, (also called Equine Facilitated Learning) is a powerful, experiential practice where personal insight and healing unfold through your connection with horses -- and your own inner wisdom. Horses, with their gentle and intuitive nature, offer profound insight. They mirror what’s happening inside you—emotionally, mentally, and physically—without judgment. This reflection allows you to see old patterns or wounds that may be keeping you stuck and gently begin to shift them. As you connect with the horse, you'll build trust in yourself, reconnect with your inner guidance, and begin to honor your true desires and needs. Through this process of self-discovery, you’ll uncover your innate strength, wisdom, and gifts—and learn how to bring them forward into your life with more clarity and confidence. Sessions take place on the ground with the horses at liberty—no tack, no riding, and no horse experience required. Even if you feel unsure or afraid, this is a safe, supportive space for deep transformation.
