LifeGiving Chiropractic has an upbeat environment in which our patients can feel at home. Patients look forward to visiting their LifeGiving doctors and we look forward to seeing them! We combine musculoskeletal care with other holistic and alternative medicines, such as massage therapy and nutritional support, to attain maximum healing and rejuvenation." Rather than simply jumping in and starting treatment, LifeGiving Chiropractic starts by educating the patient. After a brief evaluation, our doctors sit down one-on-one and explain their findings, what the recommended course of action is to correct the problem, and will give you a clear understanding of the costs. This up-front, patient-centered approach fosters a level of trust right from the beginning. Patients are confident in the plan and are not left to wonder. At LifeGiving Chiropractic, we find many people learn to settle for a mediocre level of health that is less than they deserve. In fact, our current health care system is based on how you feel. If you are in pain then you go to the doctor, however once the pain is gone you are told you are healthy and you go about your life. This model simply does not work. Pain is a poor judge of health. Stop settling for a mediocre "pain-free" approach to health that is based on covering up symptoms, and taking "another pill". Begin to focus on the cause, and begin your journey towards thriving!

Exercise or staying in a stagnant position for too long can cause our muscle fibres to tense up, creafing knots, and leave us feeling tight. The consistent broad and specific strokes during a massage can help to release this tightness by increasing blood flow to your muscles, while also reducing inflammation, and increasing your range of mobility and flexibility.
