I combine many modalities of Massage Therapy to offer your body what it needs. Massage offerings are also available in general or specific combinations per your request, or leave it up to my expertise based on our consultation and my findings. Modalities can range from combining Swedish circulatory, relaxation and stress reduction massage, with Deep Tissue and Sports modalities, to include Trigger Point release, neuromuscular therapy, Hot Stone Massage, specialized Prenatal or Oncology Massage, Sacred Lomi-Lomi Hawaiian healing sessions, and some special requests of Reiki and Cranio-Sacral sessions to name some. Note: My massage times are based on a full hour of hands on time. I do not offer 50 minute massages at a 60 minute price. In fact, it is not uncommon for me to take a little extra time as needed. If you have time, I will always recommend a 75 minute massage vs. a 60 minute massage to allow time to go through the body more completely. I continuously offer a discounted price for 75 minutes of massage because I feel it is that important. With over 25 years of Holistic practicing background, it is possible that during your visit, your health concerns may spark a suggestion from me regarding maintaining or regaining health with some back to basic ideas for you to consider, that sometimes are difficult for us to see if we are in the middle of the chaos.
