Therapeutic massage sessions that are a unique combination of Swedish and Deep tissue. Swedish and Deep tissue ane both therapeutic massage techniques that help reduce mental and physical stress. My clients report improved sleep, decrease in headache, neck, shoulder and back pain. Increased range of motion and decrease in muscle tightness. Massage therapy is the manipulation of muscle tissue and mild to moderate stretching. Massage therapy does not have to be painful to be affective. During our pre-massage conversation we will determine the amount of massage pressure and muscle groups to focus on to reach your desired massage outcome. My clients range from pre-teen with parental consent and supervision to active senior citizens. Session lengths are 30 to 90 minutes.
