I specialize in customizing therapeutic massage to each individual. I use the appropriate massage modalities to fit your needs including deep tissue, cupping therapy, cranial sacral, myofascial techniques, reiki, lymph work, etc. Also, I am certified in Personal Training, so I can provide tips and knowledge to you to help correct muscle imbalances, strengthen underworked muscles and give stretches for muscles that are overworked. Though my work includes the entire body, my specialty, however; is release of the neck and shoulder muscles. Through stretches, range of motion, and through structural work where tension often builds, I find many clients benefit from this type of work for relief from working on computers, stress, or postural imbalances.
