With over 20 years of experience in the field of bodywork, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients live with less pain and more freedom in their movement. I'm a licensed massage therapist specializing in pain management and structural integration therapy, with a focus on restoring balance, function, and vitality to the body. My work is grounded in clinical knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a deep respect for the body’s natural healing ability. Whether you're recovering from injury, struggling with chronic tension, or simply seeking to enhance circulation and overall performance—I provide personalized, targeted care that makes a real difference. In addition to advanced therapeutic massage, I’m also trained as a PUSH therapist and offer Shockwave therapy to accelerate tissue repair and reduce deep-seated pain. My mission is simple: to help you get back to your body—and back to your life.
