I studied with the freedom from pain institute , I offer myoskeletal alignment techniques ,Brain based bodywork using bones as levers to help reI align the body from head to tail. Each massage is different , caters to clients needs / pain . Along with body work , I advise clients what corrective exercises they can do to help strengthen what’s weak, to help alleviate pain and muscle imbalances. I love what I do, and offer the best of my knowledge to help with clients needs.
