I began getting regular massages as a teenager, as I found them to be one of the only things to provide relief from my chronic lower back pain that was the result of a bad slip and fall accident that occurred when I was just 13 years old. Over the years I visited several different massage therapists and tried several different modalities. I learned there really is no “one size fits all” approach to care. I decided to go to school, learn as much as I could to formulate my own style and approach that would help me provide the absolute best, most effective care for all those I have an opportunity to treat.
