We particularly specialize in the therapeutic side of massage meaning we develop a customized session meant for you only that addresses movement limitations / restrictions or acute and chronic pain issues that have a strong musculoskeletal element to them. In addition, we have worked extensively with both amateur and pro athletes in all sports . All that being said, we can and do offer relaxation sessions only but more often that not, we are addressing both one's need to relax along with a therapeutic need.
