With 20+ years of experience as a Massage Therapist I have treated a wide range of conditions and body types. I pride myself on creating each session with the client's needs in mind. Each massage and each person is special and I treat you with the respect you deserve during our time together. Massage is NOT a "one size fits all" event and I bring all my experience and training to bear on each session. My specialties include Sports, Deep Tissue, NeuroMuscular Reprogramming, Massage Cupping, Trigger Point, PNF, Myofascial Release and Kinesio Taping. I am conveniently located in Asheville at 1070 Tunnel Road Building 2 Suite 100 inside the WildHawk PT clinic
As a qualified and well-trained therapist, my goal is to provide relaxation and relief and help you gain a better understanding of your own body and what you can do to maintain your body's health and centering. Each session is tailored to your presenting conditions with an overall goal to treating the whole person. I use focused deep tissue work, and combine other modalities based on the presenting conditions. Cross fiber, stretching, and for the last 7 years I've been using modern cupping therapy which has yielded great results with clients. I started working in Washington, DC, check out our website for older client reviews, and here on Yelp for reviews from NYC clients. Presently I am located in Asheville, NC. If desired, I can travel to you for a comfortable home appointment.
