Spa Bliss
Tina Sewell is a massage therapist with 22 years experience. She provides soothing nurturing touch which will transfer everyday stresses into a sense of well-being and relaxation with Lomi Lomi massage, Swedish massage and Hot Stone therapy. Swedish is more gentle lighter strokes throughout the body. In addition she is a prenatal massage specialist. Tina is well acquainted with the physical and hormonal effects of pregnancy and she has the skills to counterbalance these changes. Her training includes specific techniques for each trimester as well as those required for labor and postpartum massage. Tina also utilizes a systematic approach with pressure and movement over the soft tissue of the body with a Deep Tissue massage. This treatment follows the body's natural process of release, relaxing the muscle and moving into the deeper fibers with focus and individualized attention to her clients' concerns. Spa Bliss Indian Scalp Massage will alleviate chronic neck and shoulder pain from long hours in front of a computer. These muscle stresses can generate other problems including stress headache, sleep disturbances and physical discomfort.
