Experienced in deep tissue massage, now focusing on Bowenwork, I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years, working with a wide range of conditions, injuries, and movement patterns in all age groups. I enjoy the challenge each one’s body offers as I strive to help people realize relief. I am here to help lessen your discomfort, improve your quality of life, encourage a practical healthy lifestyle, and be your biggest cheerleader along the way! I look forward to working with you here at Positive Inner Self.
